“I went to Bartolino’s Twin Oaks today for lunch, more like a late brunch, with my daughter. I had the risotto with Italian sausage, onion, saffron, a touch of cream, and a fried egg on top. She had the Rigatoni Bolognese, made with beef, pork, tomato sauce, and a touch of cream. Both dishes were freshly prepared with the finest ingredients.
What a meal. The portions were generous, too good to finish in one sitting, so I made sure to save some for later. The place looks beautiful, polished but warm, just the way an Italian restaurant should be. The service was right on the money.
I asked for two boxes, but instead of just dropping them off, our server took the dishes, boxed them perfectly, and bagged them for us. That’s service done with care, the kind that makes you feel like family.
The Saracino family knows how to run a fine Italian restaurant. Great food, great staff, great atmosphere. Everything about this place shows pride, tradition, and attention to detail.”
