Thank you for expressing interest in Bartolino’s banquet facilities and catering options for your private party, wedding rehearsal dinner, or special event.

At Bartolino’s, we offer all of the selections from our catering menu for you to choose from and more, whether it is a delicious continental breakfast, boxed lunches, or hot, delectable dinner buffets.

We will cater to any of your personal needs. If you would like anything other than what is listed on our banquet menu, please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with prices. Let Bartolino’s take care of the cooking so you can sit back and enjoy your event!

GENERAL BANQUET INFORMATION

Tax and gratuity are not included in any of the listed prices. We must know the approximate count one week prior to banquet. This is not a guaranteed figure. An exact count is required 24 hours prior to your banquet. This will be considered your minimum number and is not subject to reduction. If less than the guaranteed number are served, it is required that the guaranteed number be paid. If more than the guaranteed number are served you will be charged for the actual number served. Up to 3 selections are available for sit down luncheons and dinners. The number of each selection is due one week prior to your banquet. These numbers can be altered 24 hours prior to your party. Place cards must be provided by host or hostess indicating the selection of each person attending. Children under the age of 10 are 1/2 price on buffets. They may also have a choice of toasted ravioli, penne with one (1) meatball, or chicken fingers for a charge of 8.00. Prices subject to change.

Banquet Space Information

Palermo Room – Seating capacity is 45 – no minimum payment

San Martino Room – Capacity is 20 – no minimum Payment

Banquet space for up to 200 guests is available off the Lobby of the hotel – Hotel will charge a $250 room fee per each side.  $500 if the whole room is booked.

$3 per person cake cutting fee if people bring their own cake.

Rooms are booked upon a first come first serve basis.  The best way to book is by calling the restaurant directly and asking for Anthony.

we have a full wine and champagne list available for your event as well. if you choose, you may bring in your own wine or champagne. a corkage fee of 20.00 per 750ml bottle will be charged and a 20% gratuity added. no other beverages may be brought into the facility.
