Bartolino’s Twin Oaks request an estimated guest count one week before your event to appropriately prepare. A final headcount is required 24 hours in advance; this number will serve as your minimum guarantee and cannot be decreased. If fewer guests attend, charges will still apply for the guaranteed number. Should additional guests arrive, we will gladly accommodate them and adjust your final bill accordingly.
You are welcome to bring wine or champagne for a private event at Bartolino’s Twin Oaks. A corkage fee of $20 per 750ml bottle will be applied. Please note that no other outside beverages are permitted.
Our private dining rooms are equipped with Bluetooth projectors and speakers compatible with any device, adding another layer of personalization to your private party experience.
