Are taxes and gratuity included in the listed prices?

Taxes and gratuity are not included in any of the listed prices. Standard sales tax and a 23% gratuity will be added to your final bill. Please note that all pricing is subject to change.

What do I need to know about guest counts for my event?

Bartolino’s The Hill asks for an approximate guest count one week before your event to help us prepare. A final headcount is due 24 hours in advance—that number becomes your minimum and cannot be reduced. If fewer guests attend, you’ll still be charged for the guaranteed number. If more guests join, we’ll happily accommodate them and adjust your final bill accordingly.

Can I bring wine or champagne for my private event?

While our full bar is available for your private event, you are welcome to bring your own wine or champagne to Bartolino’s The Hill. A corkage fee of $20.00 per 750ml bottle will be applied, along with a 23% gratuity. Please note that no other beverages may be brought into the facility.

What amenities are available in the private dining areas?

Bartolino’s The Hill’s private dining rooms are equipped with an HDMI port for direct plug-in of projectors and speakers, allowing connectivity to any device. This service can be added to enhance your private party experience.

Do you offer special options for children?

Yes, children under 10 are half-price on buffet menus. They may also choose from a kid-friendly selection, including toasted ravioli, penne with a meatball, or chicken fingers for $10.

Can I collect and/or use my Bartonlino's Family Rewards for private events?

Absolutely. Every dollar you spend at any of Bartolino’s family of restaurants earns you points, which you can redeem towards your event’s bill.

Is on-site parking available for private events?

Yes, Bartolino’s The Hill shares an ample parking lot with the Drury Inn & Suites, making parking for your event close and convenient.

I don't see my favorite dish on the private dining menu, can I add it?

We will do our best to accommodate special requests. If you would like a dish not listed on the menu, please let us know, and we can provide pricing.
